By accessing or using Liquerz you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (21+ in the United States) to use Liquerz. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. Liquerz reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Liquerz reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
When you submit a bottle sighting, photo, or other content to Liquerz, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the Liquerz service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you post.
You agree not to submit false or misleading bottle sightings, spam or abuse other users, attempt to access other users accounts, use the service for any illegal purpose, or scrape or copy data from the Liquerz platform without permission.
Store owners who claim their store on Liquerz agree to provide accurate store information. Liquerz provides store analytics and hunter data as a service. Store owners may not use this data for purposes other than improving their store operations.
Liquerz is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Bottle availability information is submitted by community members and may not be accurate. Liquerz is not responsible for whether bottles listed are actually in stock at any given store.
Liquerz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
